Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy of FlowStyler

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FlowStyler (hereinafter, "the tool", "the service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.

FlowStyler is an online text editor designed and developed by Santiago Bustelo to apply Unicode styles to texts that can then be published on social networks such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc., as well as on any computer application that accepts text and correctly applies the latest Unicode standard.

2. Account Registration (future functionality)

Currently, FlowStyler does not require registration. In the future, you will be able to create an account to access more advanced features.

When you register, you will be asked for an email address, a username, and a password. The password is stored securely (hashed) and will never be shared with third parties.

The texts you save in the cloud are not end-to-end encrypted. We take security very seriously and apply standard measures (HTTPS, firewalls, etc.), but FlowStyler is not designed to store sensitive information such as banking data, medical information, passwords for other services, etc. We do not recommend using the tool for this type of data. Storing sensitive information is at your own risk, with the understanding that the tool does not offer guarantees of absolute confidentiality.

3. Intellectual Property

All text you write in FlowStyler is yours. We do not claim any rights to your content.

The code, design, interface, and functionalities of FlowStyler are the property of Santiago Bustelo and are protected by copyright. Copying, modifying, distributing, or decompiling the software without express authorization is not permitted.

4. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You may use FlowStyler for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial, provided that you do not:

• Publish illegal, offensive, defamatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to bypass security measures or overload the servers.
• Use the tool for fraudulent or deceptive activities.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account if you violate these rules.

5. Liability and Warranties

FlowStyler is provided "as is", without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

We are not responsible for:

• Direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
• Loss of data (although we recommend keeping local copies of your texts).
• Service interruptions due to causes beyond our control.

In particular, we do not guarantee that Unicode styles will display correctly on all platforms or devices. The final result will ultimately depend on the environment and application where the text is ultimately used.

6. Advertising (future)

In the future, FlowStyler may include advertising. If paid plans exist, they would be exempt from advertising.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Registered users may be notified when changes are made. Continued use of FlowStyler after changes implies your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute related to the use of FlowStyler shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.
